Description Personalisation balloons: Provide us with the words you would like to include on the balloon, occasion and theme. An example is provided below. Occasion: Baby Shower Boy Cartoon Theme: Mickey theme Wordings on Balloon: “Welcome Baby Ben” Design specially made for you: We will design the balloon to suit the event/occasion. Includes ONE detailed picture or cartoon character. The Premium Custom Bubble only includes ONE intricate image of your selected cartoon theme. If your cartoon theme consists of many main characters (Eg. Paw Patrol or The Avengers), please name the character you prefer otherwise it will be picked at random. Please note that we need at least 1 day lead time as intricate pictures require more time and attention. Mock-up: Should you need a mock-up, please order 3 days in advance. We will only accept one minor change after artwork has been sent. Ribbons, the theme of confetti and colours of double-balloon will match the 3 colours you have chosen for the mini balloons. If you like a specific design from our portfolio and would like us to use the same design, please let us know in advance so that we will not come up with the new design. Please note: This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised name, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read. Should you have a specific shade, colour or combination of balloon(s) in mind, please send us a picture or screenshot via WhatsApp a day before your delivery/collection date. Otherwise we will pick the best colour(s) to match your abovementioned colours/colour theme. JoyAvenue strongly do not recommend collection or delivery more than 2 hours from time of celebration due to limited balloon lifespans*. We will not be liable should you decide to do so.
