Fixed Design: This CustomBubble features a fixed boba design and fixed colour theme for balloons. Please note that we need at least 1 day lead time for the Custom Bubble Premium as intricate pictures require more time and attention. However, we do recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance to ensure that you are able to secure your preferred delivery timing. Mock-up: Should you need a mock-up (sample/preview of design before it is processed), please order 3 days in advance and note that there’ll be an additional cost of $5. We will only accept one minor change after artwork has been sent. Mock-up is only available in black and white. Please note: This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised name, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read. JoyAvenue strongly do not recommend collection or delivery more than 2 hours from time of celebration due to limited balloon lifespans*. We will not be liable should you decide to do so.
