Description Personalisation balloons: Provide us with the words you would like to include on the balloon and colour theme. An example is provided below. Wordings on Balloon: “Welcome Baby Ben” Unicorn: Text will be separated only into 2 lines and size of overall text is fixed thus the longer your customised text, the smaller it will look. E.g. “Happy Birthday Jeanette” will look bigger than “Happy 5th Birthday Sweet Jeanette” Design specially made for you: We will design the balloon to suit the event/occasion. Please note that we are not able to add pictures, just simple embellishments as there are space constrains for the UnicornBubble. Mock-up: Should you need a mock-up, please order 3 days in advance. We will only accept one minor change after artwork has been sent. (Mock-up is the sample of deign before it is processed) Ribbons, the theme of confetti and colours of double-balloon will match the colour theme you have chosen. If you like a specific design from our portfolio and would like us to use the same design, please let us know in advance so that we will not come up with the new design. Please note: This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised name, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read. JoyAvenue strongly do not recommend collection or delivery more than 2 hours from time of celebration due to limited balloon lifespans*. We will not be liable should you decide to do so.
