Our money balloons are also slow-release to prevent the string from *gasp* snapping. A little force will be needed on your end, please refer to the above video for a demonstration. This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised name, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read. Should you have a specific shade, colour or combination of balloon(s) in mind, please send us a picture or screenshot via WhatsApp a day before your delivery/collection date. Otherwise we will pick the best colour(s) to match your abovementioned colours/colour theme. JoyAvenue strongly do not recommend collection or delivery more than 2 hours from time of celebration due to limited balloon lifespans*. We will not be liable should you decide to do so.
