Setcrete™ Acrylic Primer prevents unacceptably rapid drying of Setcrete Floor Levelling Compounds over absorbent subfloors and promotes adhesion to non-absorbent surfaces. It is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations and is coloured green to provide the user with visual control of coverage uniformity. Suitable Substrate Setcrete™ Acrylic Primer should be used on absorbent surfaces such as concrete, sand/cement screeds, plywood and hardboard. It should also be used on non-absorbent surfaces of terrazzo, power floated concrete, quarry and ceramic tiles, sound asphalt, well bonded epoxy and polyurethane coatings and minimal existing adhesive residue. Coverage Applied dilute to absorbent : 50m2 Applied undiluted to non-absorbent : 25m2 Rates will vary based on the condition of the subfloor. Properties General purpose for both Absorbant & Non-Absorant Surfaces, Great Adhesion for Levelling Compounds, Coloured for Coverage Control. Drying Times – This will vary depending on temperature, humidity and absorbency of the subfloor. From 20–30 minutes at 20°C on absorbent subfloors. From 60 minutes at 20°C on non-absorbent subfloors.
